For our L2 End User Support Team we are seeking the following:

Junior IT Support Specialist
Your tasks:
  • Providing remote L2 Global Support to end-users
  • Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows, Network and Office applications
  • Liaising with users from different departments
  • Finding solution for problems around applications
  • Maintaining positive relations with our customers
Our requirements:
  • Strong English skills
  • Problem solving oriented with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge about remote support users
  • Knowledge about troubleshooting users problems and Windows troubleshooting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Readiness to work in 8-hour shifts (Monday – Friday, between 6 am - 8 pm)
